1. As an extension to the question of financing: if cash proceeds from ore processing will come after the need for operational/start-up cash, we should ask the company to commit to using financing options that include securitising that cash flow to avoid dilution. I would certainly take 95c to avoid dilution.
2. What happens to Nueva Esperanza in the event of a failed acquisition by TDG? Will the asset be written down? Is there a backup plan for selling or developing? Are they engaging other potential buyers?
