Hey Sunny, no specifics, just that any feedback was not accessible for viewing...just wish we could get a glimpse of whats being said!? But I can't see a refusal at this point...
Just did a google search for PEP11 and came up with this newsletter from Drilling & Blasting -

"25 September 2009 .MEC Resources has advised that investee company Advent Resources is preparing to commence operations at PEP 11 offshore Sydney Basin following a successful drill test.

The drilling exposed direct hydrocarbon indicators (DHI) on seismic line B4-15 along the main structural trend and adjacent to the previously identified Baleen Prospect. They include high amplitude bright spot reflections, attenuation of high frequencies in instantaneous frequency plots, and bright spot features in Root Mean Squared amplitude plots."

News to me that they've already drilled there?? I suspect a badly written article??
