On joining the forum I noted many days of intra-day pumping and dumping
A stock which has attractive fundamentals in prospect is particularly open to unfulfilled hopes in the short term.
In the absence of good news on a very regular basis stock manipulation based on unrealised hopes and fears is easier.
The wait for good news provided a perfect opportunity for possible unverified manipulation?

Today could have been based on any one, or more than one, of the following :-
    1. Insider knowledge of less than optimal news in the pipeline?
    2. Trader activity including possible manipulation?
    3. Short-term overpricing?

It is hard to know which is the more important, but if the first can be excluded (who knows?),
then number 2 and 3 carry a greater degree of likelihood?

Faith and hope are good, but facts will decide the outcome.

Number three is very much a question of how you assign a present value to future prospects.
Certainty that things will be good in the future is fine up to a point, but a rising stock price needs more than hopes.
Clarification from the company may encourage or discourage?
Who really knows outside directors and senior officers?
I am interested to see current reliable forecasts.

My position remains Buy and Hold, based on a general view of the value of scarce resources, but I could be wrong.

I admit that my own lack of in depth research limits the extent of my optimism, until more is known.
