I may be asking too much, but I would have prefered the following wording:
"The directors are of the view that this raising together with the recently completed non-core tenement sale, that netted AUD$1m, will provide the group with sufficient funding UNTIL PRODUCTION."

I agree this is a decent placement and 19c is a fair price to pay atm. I only hope they do not dilute any further, but get some money out of the banks if still needed.

Is is ASX requirement for directors to declare how much they bought? It would ge good to see their current holding statements.

I think they will now come up with more announcements.
