Seems to me the most likely outcome to come from the DRC business forum (if something is to be signed) is the collaboration agreement. Cantor Fitzgerald Fireside Chat around 9:35 discusses this and it seems imo the most likely candidate to line up with the information posted by minister for industry Julien Paluku. We know its obviously not sez and the ML seems likely to be tied up in bureaucracy for now. That's where my head went with it all anyway, guess we'll see next week.
