Yes, if the discount is significant (and the value of the options means it is a significant discount), some escrow should be attached.
It does annoy holders when 'sophisticated investors' and instos get discounted shares/options, which they then sell into the market as soon as they get them, holding back the price.
But, such is the nature of the beast.
And whilst they take their short-term profits, buyers, particularly of CCCO, will get a much higher percentage return, by just waiting a little. Or buying
One man's stag profits and price overhang is another's buying opportunity.
