    I just find it a bit strange that there has not been a hint or suggestion that BBP will do a recap or debt/equity.

    When BNB did they announced before it was even finalised that they were looking at debt/equity. BBI said before the deal was finalised that they were looking at a Recap.

    BBP has purely said they are looking at securing refinancing and have never alluded to anything else and they arent in a Trading Halt pending the results from the syndicates so i dont think it is a forgone conclusion that it will be debt/equity.
