If you look at the share price performance of most big companies over the lifetime of the business trading publicly you'll note that generally they all have this incredible rollercoaster ride early on. It's hard to do but if you look beyond the immediate performance and focus on the opportunity (bigger picture) and the decisions that lead to sustainability (staying in the game) you can gain some solace in the idea that your money has been invested well imo.
