Perhaps it has something to do with the drill ship.
Maybe it is contracted to the operator for a limited period and the JV partners have decided to move on to Banda before their time runs out.
Ted Ellyard did suggest that they were ahead of schedule and they were satisfied with the production test results at Chinguetti. Doesn't add up.
Presumably Woodside and AGIP are giving the orders to the smaller partners.
