In my opinion GMG is overpriced at over 60c and lucky to get that high. Much better opportunities elsewhere like 500% return on two other stocks in the last three weeks.
You seem to think you're the only one who has done well on reits. Nope, I've had 300+% returns on GPT and VPG but reits are all treading water now with high downside risk.
I wouldn't touch gmg after the way they have treated long term shareholders from not disclosing Goodman's large margin loans to sweetheart deals for large chunks of the company. What goes around comes around, wait and see.
I will think about buying other reits again when they drop 20%.
