Must admit , I can understand paying employees lower wages and top up with shares as an incentive for rewarding success for a R &D company makes sense .
Preserving cash and survival is critical, especially without a major partner.
I think the same should apply to the Pivacs and senior management , all , who will become incredibly rich if FBR are successful.Hence I am disappointed with Pivacs being paid high salaries in anticipation of success.
I think , in their defence , they and we expected a commercial hadrian suitable for WaaS to be ready much earlier.
Re mass manufacture , FBR still don't have a hadrian that is suitable , while Hadrian 2 works well , it still requires
engineers in van , on site , to operate.
Hopefully hadrian 1 is WaaS commercially readyI am hoping Hadrian 1 will be showcased before AGM ,?
