Sorry to see that JC has stepped away from the core business. Maybe that’s his call - if so, good on him.

But frankly, I’ve been disappointed that several times he’s said that acquisitions are imminent, and we’re still waiting.

The big announcement to me was the Chairman (and largest shareholder) stepping in as Executive Chairman. Pretty sure he said he’ll be taking an active role in acquisitions and investor relations. Given his track record, great IMO. I’d reckon he’ll be more involved in the daily operations as well.

I’m reading the move to Executive Chairman as a statement that he’s not happy with progress on a number of fronts. Great - go for it Geoff! As he said on the Zoom “You can get your sweet bippy we’re going to have a crack here!”. Start cracking Geoff! Please. And thanks for diving in.
