The scant & unreliable info i have stumbled across says all new blood onto the register & then SPP for existing holders.
The greedy banks will still be involved IMO as it was their condition that CQT raised the cash equity & then they the bank will finance the balance.
If this is all true a great strategy to put pressure on GFA on all fronts.
