When I started, I bought $10k of ENG at 18c or so, because I was one of the first to sign up to VOIP. I loved the product, looked into the company, biught the shares, and a few months later they were 50c.
I thought I was a genius, invincible. I eventually sold on the way down, because a friend suggested I do, at 33c!!
I only recently, blew $4,000 outright, on GDNO - oppies which expired and I took the risk of doubling or losing and I lost.
Be VERY mindful of the losing bit, have a plan in place, it's as simple as that. Oh, and on what Ipod said, a small profit is a profit.
I bought FMS yesterday at 17c, and sold at 18c after lunch today when I got a gut feeling it might struggle past 18.5c, and sure enough, it closed at 17.5c
