sounds reasonable peter, and it certainly does put pressure on GFA especially as some of the funds are tagged to be used on the other tenements (was what i read in the article in the west anyway), reading between the lines here we may well see something happening regarding the JV very soon especially if CQT is raising substaintal capital (even 5mill exploration spending is alot) geared towards exploration.
Not so keen on the SPP even if it does seem to be an increasingly popular way of raising funds and if it does need to be passed at an EGM then this may be the only way to get it through. In my experience (and ive done this myself also) alot of people will sell out once they are eligible for the SPP either to finance it or to lock in profits from the discount. So short term downward pressure on the price. All of which is irrelevant if we can get the mine up and going ASAP and some decent hits in the surrounding areas
