not all directors have that sort of money to throw around investing in a single company. $3.5m on market buy is among the largest I’ve ever see . Doesn’t necessarily means it’s a sure thing either. All depends on where you see the future of thermal coal in this case. (I do think AZJ is oversold on its acquisition, as is IAG on recent events). Seems directors to agree in both companies.
