I think there is a lot of potential for growth from where we are at now, although only time will tell.
I have spoken at length to the new CEO about my concerns, particularly around lack of transparency in communication to shareholders and the lack of momentum from news flow.
He is certainly aware of past and current issues and seems intent on ironing out problems.
Management are incentivised to improve share price so I am going to continue holding but not adding any more at this point.
