Forgot to add to your claim "that they have a real business
and the only reason they are making losses is because they are developing oversea markets." This statement would be true if Bioglobal was at a development stage. But you have told us that the product works and is selling in Australia. Therefore, the costs of trials should be bugger all, since all you are doing is supplying the product. You are not spending money into research.
Futhermore, your claim about China requiring registration is a little bit puzzling. Are you saying that China allows the manufacturing of our product in China for export to Australia but needs 2 years trials for consumption in China? Come on lets be serious here!

Anyhow, would still appreciate an answer on the USA trials.
