I think the market is adjusting to the fact that if VUL can get offtake agreements then LKE with it proximity to US auto may be close to an offtake agreement. Doesn't seem to be DLE hesitancy from the auto maker Renault but what would they know. They can't have consulted the Puddy Cat or Sir Cry a lot. Time will tell. IMHO.
