I agree.....IF it can be proved that this (that is alleged) ACTUALLY happened....Is'nt that the crux of the case????and it has to be proved!!!.. I believe MMX/NICU bought Winterfall for the $1 mill cash plus 80 mill 10 cent shares and 30 mill options in MMX..(approx $11 mill equivalent)the shareholders of "Winterfall" the company that owned Iron jack..got the shares at 2 mmx shares for each winterfall share....So whoever were the owners/Shareholders got the equity in MMX in return for Winterfall assets..ie Jack hills and weld range.. A totaly normal takeover/buy out transaction..nothing untoward there..happens all the time...
