Thanks for your reply, some novice questions pop to mind,

1) Assuming Megachips were waiting for the BRN mass produced chips to be tested and sent to them, before they signed the IP agreement. If you are gonna license the BRN IP in your ASIC's they could have done this a lot earlier isn't it ? just like Renesas did because BRN IP has been available since a long time.
2) Could Megachips also be using the AKida 1000 chips seperately in different prodcuts in addition to the IP in other ones ?
3) Or Could it be as someone else has eluded to, was just to have CEO in place to ink to deal ?
4) or this was Megachips' DD to make sure BRN could indeed mass produce the chips before they signed the deal ?
