That NPV is pre-tax. they didn;t adjust for tax because "when the consultants sent us the model they did not initially include a tax line".
So you have to make that adjustment. There is also a major arsenic issue with the concentrate. but these guys do not like to mentioned this too much. Would take your profit on CQT and invest elsewhere.
