Exactly. What an absolute waste of shareholders time and money.
The sooner this is over the better so we can progress forward with drilling and releasing the MRE as one entity.
It is not looking good at all for NME - declined by the panel for insufficient material and now contradicting their statements they lodged to the ASX regarding MCT successfully acquiring 51%. Do they not have their own sufficient accountancy / audit checks in place before confirming to the market???

Something doesn't add up - it's either NME management has lost the plot OR NME know the true value of the gold in the ground and are doing all they can not to be bought out at the premium offered.
