1.) So for this to occur Renesas and MegaChip knowing that the edge market is there for the taking is not going to proceed for three years to allow Intel or IBM to catch up and take the market share they would have otherwise captured. Personally think this would only occur under duress say China invades Japan causing world war three to erupt.

2.) Still have this three year development timeline that Intel has stated as its earliest possible commercial adventure with the Loihi technology (remembering they have stated 3 to 5 years.)

3.) This new wiz bang product would have to be more revolutionary than AKIDA technology and would face the same credibility gap that AKIDA technology has faced over the last 2 years and as such Brainchip already in the market maintains the actual maximum first to market lead that a new product requires of 12 months. All of the management/marketing theory supports the proposition that a 12 month lead to market is all you need to maximise your advantage and is more than sufficient for even an inferiour product to win out.

So back to the drawing board I still argue that one percent is a given now we have Renesas and MegaChip signed up and more to come soon according to Mr. Tony Dawe Investor Relations Manager Brainchip Inc.

I wonder how many of the sophisticated Chinese investors who Mr. Dawe presented too are aware of today's announcement and are thinking to themselves he spoke the truth we better get cracking before the other commercial engagements are announced.

I know we also have the ARK 80 trillion dollar market prediction but we also have the 200 billion US Electric Vehicle semiconductor market by 2040 to take just one tiny little percent of so given the emphasis being placed on EV's and what AKIDA technology offers and the demonstration video's of late and the joint presentation with Toyota and the Ford EAP and the Valeo EAP well just one percent of 200 billion is non too shabby either.
