If KLL had another blowout it would be game over for the Australian SOP sector. I would expect projects in the pre-development stage and even in the development stage would have highly discount their equity raisings bringing about massive dilutions. The ability to obtain debt financing would also be severely impacted and most likely any debt financing would come at unfavourable terms with holders. Maybe AMN is waiting to do the capital raise given Kalium is expected to release some production figures and data on the mine in the coming weeks which might restore some confidence in the sector after the collapse of SO4?
