Consider this....VUL actually do get to production. This Binding Offtake Agreement says Renault have to "take or pay" what they have agreed to. I don't think that this is inconsequential at all. If Renault have sourced supply from somewhere else in the meantime, thinking that VUL will not produce, they will have to take or pay if VUL do get to production. I wouldn't say that this has "no risk" for Renault.
