Could be both! as @DaFug pointed out that Phillips 66 in Louisiana, is in a great location to truck needle coke to any number of the battery/EV factories that are being built in the southern states. Novonix could build a factory next to each one, they are going to need a lot of this material. USA sovereign security with anode and soon cathode material being made in the USA, local jobs, feedstock on USA soil, short distance to truck, low carbon. Lets see what Chris Burns says tomorrow when the Secretary of Energy and former Governor of Michigan, Jennifer Granholm meet at The Bend in Chattanooga. All aboard!
