Just come across this stock as a tip from a mate of mine so read the annual report.
Got to the page with the Non Exec Director being Brian Rear. That's where my interest ended.
Similar to your thoughts on little info that's exactly what happened with the failed copperco. I rang the company a number of times and they were very positive of getting funding. The day before the AGM Brian Rear cancelled the meeting and the company was put into VA. The rest is history and my significant share holding.
I am not bitter as that is part of trading and the gfc didn't help but the way it happened was nothing short of disgraceful. Research the CUO thread and you will see I'm not on my own.
Good luck, I just can't bring myself to consider so not looking to downramp as I didn't consider the prospects any further than that.
