Just remember being 75 may not assured for 100 listing. To prevent churning at bottom there are many other requirements besides position. From memory they were 68 Last Q and did not make it. I may be wrong. Making the 200 was a big deal many large funds are based on the 200 Not nearly as many on the 100.
