Interesting article on NdPr oxide from SMM.
Exclusive: China's Metals Output in October
they are talking about NdPr oxide below,
"Hence, the production of some separation plants in October has declined by around 30 - 40% from last month."
For anyone that wants to study NdPr prices this tells allot more about what may be happening that posting the entire price chart every day. Read both Oxide and alloy comments.

China's rolling black outs seem to be having a bigger impact than I thought. Short term this is very good for Lynas. We will have to wait and see about long term impact.
