They simply cannot continue to treat shareholders this way. attempting to hide the sale of RP in the fine print. Chairman moving half a world away and not feeling obliged to let us know how we can remain confident that he can still fulfil his obligations to us and drive the business forward.

All these things can start to add up. And if we aren't careful, these guys might start getting the silly idea that they are the owners of a private business and not the stewards of a listed company!

Bowman turned down a takeover offer - and perhaps he was right to do what he did. But now the onus is on him and his team to get the SP well above the takeover price in a reasonably short timeframe in order to make the wait worth our while.
