Iron Ore price looking Stabilised and even rising again....say it isn't so. Hedge funds unwinding their IO short now.
Is the BIG Short now the BIG LONG in anticipation of China Steel Mills simply having to be turned on soon. Talk will start soon with IO price rising again. Two nights in a row does not a trend make but 10% rise in 2 nights off a small base is statistically significant.
My biggest position and leveraged pick is FMG/MRE with these most levered to IO price.
Stocks rise the same way they fall when leveraged.
Short squeeze anyone ? Comments ?
