William it would definitely have been a strategic decision and not a cost decision. We needed this done quickly and with less red tape. We have not even submitted for FDA approval yet. So even if we wanted to we could not have completed this in the US.
I am sure we will get FDA approval in Q1 and perhaps the next patients will be completed there.
