Where does it say demo chips @70db? No where!
Glad to assist. Let me blow this image up a little bigger for you. How much interpolation does it take to infer that the "Production" chip giving 70 dB @ 1m is the demo chip? These versions have all been real fabricated MEMS and packaged chips whose progress we have been following for several years now. I suggest you carefully re-read each slide of that presentation for similar implications that are not necessarily stated word for word.

Then of course there is more to the "Significance of Simulation Capabilities" than apparently meets the eye. Allow me to highlight some of those implications for you.

"They can't even provide a photo of the demo chip" - Photos of the finished "demo chip"

While I cannot guarantee these 16 chips mounted in the 80 chip demo board are the final version of the chips that have come through the latest production process I have no compelling reason to believe they are not. But if not, then they at least show that earlier versions have been able to have been produced, packaged and tested - and are considered to be suitable for demonstration. That has clear implications for the capabilities of the company.

This board looks to be around 275 x 375mm, which is a reasonable size for something that ought to be able to blow your hat off.

I have to say that in the light of all the information from the company this image strongly indicates that this is the current level of progress. It is entirely congruent with the statements from the company that say they are doing demos with finished chips, even if these chips come from an engineering development line not a commercial mass production line. Whether you and others choose to believe what the company has been telling us is entirely up to you. But you would have to dismiss everything that the company has announced so far to not accept these as the facts. As they say, you are entitled to your own opinions, no problem, but that does not make them facts.
