I applied directly very early and was fortunate
to receive 1500, but I had negotiated
a broker rate to sell them should they
reach higher than expected levels today.
I am comparing the purchase of these CBAPAs with a
domestic real estate dwelling and letting it out !
These PERL Vs show good returns, and none of the normal
problems associated with Real Estate investment.
