I expect that they will raise most of their cash via placement(s) to a few entities. An SPP to existing holders will be made to cushion the blow of the last few weeks and gain access to the discount on the current SP. I'm thinking the SPP will be limited in volume and quickly oversubscribed. Then the company can move on without the spectre of needing more cash for a year or so at least.
