in hindsight, this is a great post and 100% on the money. $20m it is, appeal dismissed. They have 28 days to pay. $10m already set aside and haven't stated where the other $10m comes from, however the balance will be financed so a cost for the money to be applied to the $10m. They have a debt facility, what other options do they have?
