I can’t help but think there is a nexus between the idsb investment and an application for a digital banking license. IOU seems to fit the BNM criteria ie to serve the under/ and unbanked and be in Malaysia’s national interest. I feel IOU has been intentionally vague about a lot of detail including bank partner and funding warehouse; how exactly iou and idsb will be incorporated; and the continual delay with partner integrations. Maybe it is within iou interests to delay releasing information to the market about the exact details of these arrangements at this point in time
