when staff get shares as part of the remuneration package it is totes understandable that a "market for same" is pretty important to those employees at some point in time for those shares to be a package incentive........ so understandable the company pathways being selected.
fwiw, the london domiciled subsidiaries have also been changing director details over the last 2 years to suit the "new" direction.
i wrote in another post that the demerger was very well played and neatly packaged.... and it is.
not sure if it will be talked about on anzac day though.
