First note that the reported period for this mid quarter update is only 45 days as opposed to the previous update which covered 47 days. Averaging out the TTV across the number of days means approx daily TTV is $70k as opposed to the previous mid quarter update which was approx $61k. That's a difference of approx $18k missing from the TTV for those reasons.

Also worth noting, the second half of the September quarter saw an increase of TTV of around 26% on the first half. Is this a spending cycle and will we see this quarter improve in the same way. According to my calculations, if we do see a similar increase in the remaining half of this quarter we could see an additional $4m TTV bringing TTV for the quarter up to $7,228,921 approx. That would be a 10% increase on last quarter. Comparing TTV mid quarter to mid quarter saw an increase of 9.73% so fairly accurate in my opinion.

Extrapolating those trends for full year estimates would see TTV of $22,122,017 with an NTR at 9.5% of $2,122,017.

Other interesting points to note when comparing mid quarter updates:

Merchant onboarded increased by 85.58%
Merchant activations increased by 254.95%
Consumer Downloads increased by 284.83%
Consumer Activations increased by 321%

Opinions:

Merchant onboarding has remained been slower than expected due to a one-to-one approach which could be sped up with the RMS and MYP1 integrations. Remembering that in-store was not possible. BNPL companies are looking to onboard merchants via marketplaces and other bulk methods as one-to-one takes too long. Despite the great progress so far IOU won't achieve better growth without these larger system integrations.

Consumer transactions may increase with version 2.0 of the app but these current numbers are indicating fairly good results at this early stage.

Only thing I would look at changing is the NTR at 9.5% is not going to stick around long term, as soon as we have funding this will be halved at best.

APT runs at a 3.9% margin, so unless we are doing something very different then I don't think the 9.5% will stay as is longer term.
