No, I don't think it is being manipulated given volume and % short. Tyro is relatively illiquid so hard for anyone to make a big move.
I've been crunching some numbers and it doesn't look like Tyro is going to be cashflow positive anytime soon and Bendigo has taken a big chunk of free capital so they are in a balancing act at the moment as it isn't a great time to raise capital...
I guess that is why they changed Robbie's performance incentive to focus on profitability.
