I just called Hastings to see if anything had changed in relation to announcing financial close in October. He said that they still intend to announce how they will go about it in October. Interesting as it seems they will definitely be going ahead, but the devil will be in the details. I can't see how they can do it without more equity. Maybe a secured note from Origin.
