Comprehension very clearly not your strong suite, nor economics, do try and get a handle on the excessive capital intensity here, it's clearly now going to run well in excess $1Bn for a nominal 4.5ktpa NdPr, if & when they manage to achieve on spec, steady state at least five years from now, and equally clearly there are far more economic propositions emerging.
Regardless how you try to spin it your six year timeframe for ARU to lockdown full finance was nothing but a very clumsy dodge, in reality that would put Nolans off into 2030's where it would be totally non competitive.
