AZS still owe $3.5M for Promontorio which they simply dont have the funds to pay.
If there are good drill results at La Tortuga SP will move significantly higher allowing cap raising. Poor results will leave AZS with little cash and massive dilution for existing holders as they attempt to raise cash.
The positive momentum from yesterday didn't continue today so it seems just gamblers taking a position before results are released.
