BHP has done nothing other than preventing 3rd party access, perhaps BHP could have taken FMG a while back.

AGO - new producer BHP has done nothing


UMC - Groundbreaking deal with CRM, now BHP makes some sore of move on a Company that has interests in the Pilbara Region

So
FMG - Nothing
AGO - Nothing
UMC - Takeover offer

Hence the suggestion of napping...
