Agree nasdaq listing purely about raising cash. There is another interview with Matt McNamara from horizon 3 on the net about a year earlier and after the nasdaq listing in which Megan Baldwin indicated how important it was to have the ‘right’ investors onboard, and that the share register was made of 80% institutional investors. She implicated the institutions they had onboard at the time were the right fit for, and would support the company. Tongue in cheek I’d hate to see where the share price would be if the wrong investors were linked to Opthea. Someone much smarter than me maybe able to give an indication of what the end game is here for some of these institutions with large holdings. Their relentless focus appears to be on driving the share price down despite the fact they paid a much higher price in the capital raising.
On another note the mention of a co-formulation appears to have largely fallen off the radar.
