MT seemed a bit frustrated when he was saying everything is there; local supply chains, renewable energy, great resource, plenty of potential jobs. If Europe wants this then lets make it happen. He also sounds frustrated with the bureaucracy and permitting. he did say something along the lines of Europe does have decent financing.
