ML is definitely not priced in......the retailers might think this little rise accounts for the ML.......but to the Insto's, Fund Managers, ETF's and Super Funds the ML is just the start and their signal to invest. They be waiting on the sidelines with drooling mouths waiting for this level of project certainty to get the tick so they can invest........doesnt mean they will come with an open cheque book though.......but AVZ will be higher on the radar and they will certainly add pressure to the buy side.
