Dr.T, first of all, fantastic AGM today and the opportunities the company is chasing is breath-taking! I was drooling all over my keyboard!

Btw, this is my first SPP and I am bit confused so appreciate your guidance/ clarification to understand how much is the maximum I can stand to receive as the scale-back logic is not a straightforward formula but based on subjective decisions. For eg. say an investor has 2 accounts as below where there is no movement in shares in Account 1 but there is some movement, more shares were bought than sold in Account 2. Assuming the investor applied for 10,000 shares (Offer A) in both accounts, how many shares would they be eligible to be allocated?

The reason I ask is, if say the TH is lifted and the SP is around $4. Should the investor lock up his/ her funds for the SPP (for $3 per share) or buy at $4 on market (on 25/11) as the SP may increase to say $5 by the time the SPP allocation is known (21/12) which is almost a month away and the investor may not get the full quota of 10K shares as hoped.


Also, is the investor better off showing that they hold a big quantity in multiple accounts or fewer shares in individual accounts? In other words, is loyalty rewarded or punished in that instance?
