Pretty clear they are seeking development of a nickel refinery in Vietnam as core project coupled with the upstream mining. They are investing in a nickel explorer in Canada as collaboration agreement on supply to the refinery to fill the mill with Green nickel for EV battery precursor. This is the clear objective and is exactly what was said in the announcement. You're probably best to read the company announcements rather than sharing your confusion here. Either you haven't read enough or possibly you are intentionally down ramping with a pretty poor attempt.
They hold some other strong assets in gold and cobalt that currently are not being progressed. This is very common for exploration and early stage project companies that need a diversified project base to start from. Pretty clear to me.
